1-week of training at our corporate stores with ongoing online training. Depending on store size franchisees will also get 1 to 3 days of in‐store support at their location on operating and maintaining the equipment and system.
Depending on store size franchisees will receive 1 to 3 days of on-site training at their location, with additional field support available as needed at additional expense.
Phone, e-mail, and web support available. Online training to keep their skills updated. Access to company intranet with extensive documentation and how-to videos.
Operation and Marketing meetings held quarterly to provide important updates with Q&A.
National advertising through corporate (website, social media, etc.). Franchisee handles local marketing needs. A franchisee run marketing co‐op is a future possibility.
